We are here in the ninth ward on Louisa Street today. We've just completed another full system replacement for a customer that called us out yesterday. Their system was out of refrigerant. It had been installed right after Katrina and was not well-maintained. We gave them options on repairs and replacements, they opted to go with the Ameristar system. It is up and running and cooling the house as it should be. We have another happy customer. 🙂

We were here in New Orleans East today doing another heat in the air system change out. This customer contacted us yesterday complaining that her system was out. We showed up late in the evening did a diagnostic for her, and gave her options for repairs and for replacements. She opted to replace the system rated to repair it due to its excessive age and multiple problems. We successfully replaced the system today for her and she is thrilled with the result. 

This is a new generator installation that we completed recently. We have returned to here today after running the generator for 24 hours as required by Generac and we are replacing the break-in oil and filter. Here at Gore services we always follow all local and national codes, manufacturer requirements and recommendations on every installation. unfortunately, the break-in process is skipped often by contractors that are not certified by Generac, so if you get someone besides Gore Services to install your generator, please make sure that this step is not skipped.

here out here today on Carondelet Street in New Orleans. We were contacted by this customer because they needed permits pulled for gas vacancy inspections on two of the apartments where they have not had gas turned on in over six months. We got the permits pulled, and came out to check the job out and pressurize the gas line and in the process found multiple issues that needed to be resolved to bring the system up to code to pass the inspection for the city. we had to run a new double wall vent pipe from the water heater in one of the apartments up through the roof which required a new roof jack installed by an associate roofer of mine. We also had to pipe the steam relief line and install a new gas valve and lin to the water heater. 

here we are in River Ridge Louisiana today. We were called out because the customer was not able to keep the house cool on these hot days. After doing a full diagnostic work up on the entire system, we determined the TXV in the evaporator coil was failing, we were able to find out that the system is under warranty and we went and got the replacement part right away. Got it replaced and restored the system to proper operation quickly for our customer.

We were called out to the ATT store in Algiers because they had no A/C or heat. We quickly noticed that the main electrical disconnect was in the off position. After restoring power to the unit the system in fully operational again. Upon further inspection I found the furnace burners were rusted and corroded badly. This could become a safty hazzard so we told the customer about it and thry adked us to correct the issue.

This customer called us because her outside gfci outlets were constantly failing. We found the previous installers didn’t properly seal the boxes and covers. We replaced the existing gfci outlets and standard outlets with new weather resistant gfci outlets and properly sealed the enclosures for good waterproofing. We also ran wire underground between two old unused boxes to restore power to the outlets in the front yard.

today we are in Marrero. We were called out because the customer had an outdoor faucet that was replaced recently, but she was not able to open and close it. Also she had a outlet outside not working. We replaced the faucet with a ball valve type hose bib that would easily be opened and closed. We replaced the GFI receptacle and installed a new weatherproof cover to prevent future failures.

This morning, we are in New Orleans to do a repair on an air condition system. we were here earlier in the week and found a failed blower motor so we returned today with a new motor and capacitor and replaced it. We cleaned up the blower wheel and housing while we had it apart. After the repairs, the system is working perfectly again, and we have another happy customer.

we were called out here to West Wego yesterday for a no cooling emergency call. We found the condenser coil leaking refrigerant and the system was out of warranty. We returned today to replace the condensing unit and clean up the inside system. This customer now has a high-quality American standard condensing unit with a 10 year warranty.

I’m here at MidCity Veterinary Hospital today with two of my six pups. Mid city vet is our regular vet and a long-term client of Gore services also. We were just here Thursday afternoon working on one of their air conditioning systems. Their staff and vets are excellent and they really care for our pups. Thanks MidCity Vet!

Today we are in the ninth ward on independent Street. This is an electrical warranty job. We previously installed some motion detectors on existing lights for this customer and she called saying they were not working properly so we came out today to replace them free of charge. at Gore services we always stand behind the work and equipment that we install.

Out to do maintenance on both AC systems we found drywall dust clogging and coatiing the entire systems. We replaced both evaporators, cleaned both furnace and blowers, and replace both full duct systems. Ywo new high-quality American standard coils and new r-8 ductwork.

We’re here in Couvington today on a no heat call. After a thorough diagnosis of this Goodman gas furnace we found it in need of routine maintenance. We signed the customer up for a preventative maintenance agreement and performed the cleaning necessary to restore the furnace to proper functioning.

Today we're in Mid City for an electrical service call. This customer had no power to two outlets in the back of the home. After tracing out the circuit we found a failed gfci outlet on the front stoop causing the other outlets to have no power. We replaced the gfci and that restored power to the entire circuit.

We are in Lacombe today on an electrical call. Customer recently bought this house and found major issue with the wiring for the septic pump. We installed new conduit, wire outlets, and boxes to bring this up to code and get it working for them again.

We just got finished replacing a heating and air conditioning system in a four-story condo complex for a new customer here uptown on Saint Charles Avenue. Another top quality, American standard HVAC system and another extremely happy customer.

Today we are on the top of a high-rise in the CBD. We were called out to this condo building because one of the residents here had no cool air blowing from their AC. We were able to find a leak in the system and repair it and recharge the system to get them cooling again.

Here we are today in the Carrollton area of town. It’s 9 o’clock and we’re just getting wrapped up on an emergency air condition. Change out for a lady that couldn’t be without AC today. It was a long day, but everybody’s happy in the end.

Today we’re on the New Orleans Westbank. The customer called us out due to half the home loosing power suddenly. We found his meter socket melted down due to poor connection. We quickly acquired a new socket and rebuilt his equipment to restore full power to the home.

We we call out to this job because of water dripping from a vent. What we found was a lack of maintenance and no filter. This caused the coil to clogg and drip water out of the system. It is so old that cleaning is no longer an option. The air handler will need to be replaced.

Our customer called complaining of his furnace not heating. We came out and quickly found a faulty controller. After a few calls I found a replacement control board at a local HVAC supplier. Once replaced,the furnace is fully operational and our customer is happy and comfortable again.

This is a newly installed high efficiency air conditioning condenser. The customer had no cold air blowing through his vent. We came out and found a failed compressor in the old AC. We were able to get this 18 seer Bosch inverter drive heat pump installed the following day and get him comfortable again quickly.

Wwe are out in NewOrleans East today. Our customer had two issues. She needed a vanity light relocated for her bathroom renovation and her kit hen outlets recently stoped working. We were abel to resolve her issues quickly while we were here.

this is a job we completed today in midcity. We removed an existing 3 ton air-conditioning system and heater that were failing. We installed a new American standard heat and air system with some ductwork repairs. Another happy customer.

I came to this Lakeview New Orleans home this morning because the customer had no heat coming through the vents. I found the main heat sequencer failed. We installed a new sequencer and the system is heating the house again.

Today we are in Covington. We have completed two spring air conditioning, maintenances and replaced a main water shut off valve for our customer here.

here we are in Gretna today putting the finishing touches on another full system replacement. This is all top quality American standard equipment.

Were here in Gentilly today. This customer is selling the home and needed a couple minor repairs. We replaced two Gfci recepticals and installed two circuit breakers. Another happy customer. 

Today we’re here in Metairie for a no heat service call. Upon diagnosis we noticed the pilot light was out. After full disassembly and cleaning of the pilot assembly and burners the furnace is operational again.

Today we are in Metairie. I had my install crew replacing the furnace, coil, air condition, and some ducts for a new customer. We will be installing a generator here soon.

We are here in Vinetian Isles today for a no cooling call. Our customer had a failed capacitor. We were abel to replace it on the spot and return her ac system to good working order.

Today were in slidell. Our customer was having a breaker tripping regularly. We quickly diagnosed and fixed there problem.

Were out today in River Ridge to Install a new Gas furnace, evaporaror coil, and condensing unit. Its a full heat and air system replacement. 

This is a new Generac Home stand-by generator installation. Our customer today asked for a 24 kw generator. They will never worry about power outages again.

This is a new heating and air conditioning system installation. It is part of a full home renovation. We are doing the electrical,plumbing, and hvac on this project.

This is a new Generator installation in Venetian Isles. We provided and installed the generator, transfer switch, gas and electric materials and the stand.

Today we are here in uptown, New Orleans to install a new three phase electrical circuit power a heavy press machine.

We are in Metairie today. This is a ductless heatpump installed on an RV. Its working great.
